FAQ
Questions, answered honestly
If something isn't covered here, it will be — a service you're trusting with your bankroll should be able to answer anything you put to it.
What actually is a value bet?
A bet where the price on offer is longer than the true chance of it landing. We're not trying to pick the most likely winner — we're trying to find the bets the market has priced wrong. Over a long run, that gap is the whole edge. Individual bets still lose, often.
How many plays do I get?
As many as the market gives us, and no more. Some days there are four or five, some days there's nothing worth backing. Services that promise a fixed number of daily tips are filling a quota, and a forced bet is a bad bet.
How are plays delivered?
Straight to members as soon as they're locked in, with the price we took, where we took it, the unit stake and the reasoning. You place them with your own bookmaker.
How do I know the results are real?
Every settled play is published on the results page with the price taken and the closing price, so you can check the calls against the market yourself. The page also shows the worst drawdown — the number a service hiding behind a highlight reel never publishes.
Do you guarantee a profit?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Betting is variance-heavy and losing runs are part of it — a good month can follow a terrible one and neither proves much on its own. What we commit to is documented reasoning and a record you can audit.
What bankroll do I need?
Whatever you can genuinely afford to lose, and not a dollar more. Stakes are given in units, so the approach works the same at $10 a unit as at $200 — just never bet money you need.
Can I cancel?
The monthly plan cancels any time from your Stripe receipt — no phone call, no retention pitch. Lifetime is a one-off payment and is non-refundable, so start monthly if you're not sure yet.
Is this financial advice?
No. Value Line publishes research and opinion on sporting markets. We're not a bookmaker, we don't place bets, and we never handle your money. What you do with your own bankroll is your call.
Ready to see the value?
Foundation pricing is open now — $80 a month, or $299 once and you're in for good.
